RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Our general return policy applied to all products including defective, non-defective and broken products.

Our return, exchange & refund policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Defective products - We are more than happy to replace you any defective product you purchase from us as soon as possible.

Non-defective products - If you purchase a product and fine you can not use it or you do not need it anymore, we are happy to offer you a refund towards your original method of payments, if you return it in it`s original non-used situation within 30 days after your order is placed.

If any above situation occurs, we strongly recommend you contact us by email or through the contact page. We kindly request you DO NOT ship back products without authorization through our return process. Please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of the product and package, we will investigate and offer you the best solution.

Please note that the customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless the products are defective and wrong.
